Summer in San Francisco

Given that some of you don't live in the fog belt, I thought I would share the current view off my balcony with y'all. Yup, about one street is all we can see tonight. This particular San Franciscan is pretty sick of the fog this year. I am definitely looking forward to our (hopefully) upcoming indian summer.

Happy Birthday Melissa!

On Saturday night, Kevin, Dave and I ventured down to Redwood City to attend Melissa's 1940's birthday party. Unfortunately I only took two pictures and did not capture the birthday girl's husband in his white tuxedo. Next time hopefully.

Here are our 1940s costumes as best as we could. Dave and Kevin are soldiers stationed in Hawaii on leave and I am Rosie the Riveter.
